Sirf Hyderabad Deccan mein hi sehar mein taajel aur iftar mein taaqeer kayun? jabkay Shariat mein to sehar mein takhirki gunjaish hai aur iftar mein taajel ki targheeb hai. yeh aik aisa sawal hai jo aaj bohat se nojawanon ke zehan mein koondta hai magar hamaray ulmaye karaam is ka tshfi bakhash jawab dainay se qassar hain aur yeh taweel paish karte hain ke yeh ahthyat ka takaza hai jabkay haqeeqat yeh hai ke Shariat mein aisi ahthyat baratnay ki targheeb nahi di gayi hai. hatta ke kisi zaeef hadees se bhi ahthyat ko malhooz rakhnay ka ishara nahi milta. aakhir is ki wajah kya hai, sirf yahi ke dahon qabal salaat o Sayam ke auqaat ke liye tayyar kardah jadole ko hamaray islaaf ke ulama ne toseeq ki thi aur hum –apne ajdaad ke Ikram mein haq baat maan-ne se inkaar karte hain aur galti ka iada hi karte jarahay hain.

Kya hum jis nizaam al uqaat ke tehat sehar o iftar karte hain woh Quran Hakeem aur ahadees mubarikah mein Moueen kardah pemana par khara utartay hain? kya hamein auqaat sehar o iftar mein ahthyat se kaam lena chahiye ya jo riayat mili hai is se faida uthana chahiye? waqt sehar o iftar ka taayun msalk ke aitbaar se mukhtalif hai ya phir nizaam al uqaat mein ghair zurori taajel o takheer ka ihtimaam kya gaya hai? yeh sawal aaj kal un nojawanon ke zair behas hai jo Quran Hakeem aur ahadees e mubarikah ki roshni mein –apne aamaal ko sanwarnay ki koshisho mein lagey hue hain aur jinhein ilm deen ke sath sath Asri aloom ki bhi kama haqa jankari hai .
shehar mein kuch masajid mein sehar o iftar ke liye siron ke istemaal ki bajaye azan hi di jati hai jis se shehrion mein aik qisam ka knfyosn peda honay laga hai. jo log deen ki fqhi barikyon se waaqif nahi hain woh uljan ka shikaar hain aur yeh samajte hain ke iftar mein ahtiyatan takheer karna hi munasib hai warna roza zaya hojaye ga, isi terhan sehar mein ahtiyatan ujlat kar lanay mein hi aafiat hai jabkay ahadees mubarikah mein hamein is ke magaher karne ki riayat millti hai .


Quran e Hakeem mein surah baqra mein Ramazan ke roza ke baaray mein yeh Sarahat hai ke’ ‘ rozon ki raton mein apni biwion se jimaa tumahray liye halal kya gaya, woh tumhara libaas hai aur tum un ke libaas ho tumhari posheeda khayanaton ka Allah taala ko ilm hai is ne tumhari taubah qubool farmakar tum se darguzr farma liya ab tumhe un se mubashrat ki aur Allah taala ki likhi hui cheez ki talaash karne ki ijazat hai. tum khatay peetay raho yahan tak ke subah ka supaid dhaga siyah dhaagay se zahir hojaye phir raat tak roza ko poora karo aur aurton se is waqt mubashrat nah karo jab ke tum masjidoon mein aitekaf mein ho, yeh Allah taala ki hudood hain tum un ke qareeb bhi nah jao. isi terhan Allah taala apni ayatain logon ke liye bayan fermata hai taakay woh bachchen’ ‘ ( 2 : 187 )
Quran Hakeem mein Allah rab ul izzat ne jahan shab Ramazan mein maghrib se subah Sadiq tak mujamat karna halal kya ( bashart e kay mutakif na ho ) wahein subah Sadiq tak khana peenaa Mubah farmaya. Quran e Hakeem mein raat ko siyah dooray se aur subah Sadiq ko safaid dooray se tashbeeh di gayi hai. maienay yeh hain ke tumahray liye khana piinaa Ramazan ki raton mein maghrib se subah Sadiq tak Mubah farmaya gaya hai. ahadees mubarikah mein sehri mein ujlat nah karne aur iftar mein takheer nah karne ki targheeb di gayi hai. sehri mein takheer aur iftar mein ujlat se mutaliq kayi ahadees mein Sarahat mojood hai magar mah Sayam ke sehar o iftar ke liye jo nizaam al uqaat tayyar kiye jatay hain aur jin ki bunyaad par msajd se siron ke zareya sehar o iftar ka taayun kya jata hai is ka ahadees aur Asri aloom ki roshni mein jaiza len to yeh baat aashkaar hojati hai ke yeh ahadees mubarikah ke bilkul maghayer sehar mein taajel aur iftar mein takheer par mabni hain. qaryin karaam ko yeh jaan kar waqai herat hogi ke khaas kar Hyderabad o atraaf baladah ke liye jis nizaam al uqaat ke mutabiq hum sehar o iftar karte hain woh Shariat mein muayana waqt ke ain mutabiq nahi hai balkay sehar mein takreebin 22 minute taajel aur iftar mein taqribin 5-7 minute takheer par mabni hain. sehri subah Sadiq tak karna Quran e Hakeem aur ahadees mubarikah se saabit hai magar ahthyat ke naam par muayana waqt mein ghair mamooli tabdeeli kar di gayi hai halaank nah hi Quran Hakeem aur nah hi Rasool akram salle Allah aleh wasalam ne ahthyat ko malhooz rakhnay ki takeed ki hai. sehar mein takheer aur iftar mein ujlat ke bajaye hum sehar mein ujlat aur iftar mein takheer karne lag gaye hain. nizaam al uqaat muratab karne walay jamea usmaniya ke professor ne sehar ke liye ahthyat ke tor prsbh kaazib se 10 minute qabal ka waqt muqarrar kardiya jabkay subah kaazib aur subah Sadiq ke darmain  taqribin12 minute ka waqfa hota hai is terhan sehri ka waqt taqribin 22 minute paishgi muqarrar kardiya gaya. isi terhan namaz Fajar ki azaan bhi subah kaazib ke sath hi muqarrar kar di gayi hai’ Albata namaz Fajar subah Sadiq ke aaghaz par shuru kar di jati hai. is liye hamein subah Sadiq tak yani namaz Fajar ke waqt aaghaz tak sehar karne ka mauqa rhtahe. sehar y ke waqt se mutaliq kayi sahaba karaam se ahadees marwi hain. bukhari shareef mein hazrat bi bi Ayesha rz se rivayet hai ke hazrat Bilal rz raat rahay se azaan day diya karte to Anhazrat salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya tum khatay peetay raha karo yahan tak ke Abdullah bin umm e Makhtom azaan day. woh is waqt tak azaan nahi dete jab tak subah nahi hoti. Qasim ne kaha Bilal rz aur Ibn Makhtom dono ki azaan mein farq yeh hota keh aik utartaa aur aik charhata. hazrat Zaid bin Saabit ne kaha kay hum ne  Anhazrat salle Allah aleh wasalam ke sath sehri khayi phir aap pbuh subah ki namaz ke liye khaday hue. hazrat Anas ne kaha mein ne poocha sehri mein aur subah ki azaan mein kitna faasla hota unhon ne kaha ke pachaas ayatain padhnay ke mawafiq ( bukhari shareef ). sahih Muslim ki hadees hai ke hazrat Abdullah ne kaha ke Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya ke Bilal rz raat ko azaan dete hain ( taakay tahajjud padhnay walay khanay ko jayen aur sehar se farigh ho jaien ) so tum khatay peetay raho yahan tak ke Ibn umm Makhtom ki azaan suno ( aur woh nabina they’ jab log kehte ke subah hui subah hui tab azaan dete ). sunan Abu-Dawood mein hazrat Abu-Hurera se rivayet hai ke Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi azaan sunay yani subah ki aur khanay peenay ka bartan is ke haath mein ho to jab tak apni jajt rawai nah kere is bartan ko nah rakhay. Tirmizi shareef mein hazrat Qais bin talq bin Ali se rivayet hai’ kaha unhon ne rivayet ki mujh se mere baap ne ke Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya khatay peetay raho shab Ramazan mein aur nah uthawey tum ku khane par se chamakti aur chadhti hui subah yani jo misl naizay ke sidihi huvi safedi yahan tak ke samnay aawe tumahray chorrie roshni subah ki jis mein surkhi hoti hai. subah kaazib se 10 minute qabl ki ahthyat ke baayes hum majmoi tor par 22 minute paishgi hi sehar y khatam kar rahay hain jis ke liye hum ahthyat ki hujjat karte hain halaank mazkoorah baala ahadees se yeh saabit hota hai ke sehar mein takheer bhi hojaye to koi qabahat nahi hai aur nah hi is se roza mein farq aatahe magar hum hain ke ahthyat bart kar subah kaazib se  bhi10 minute qabal khana piinaa tark kardete hain. haan ahthyat itni ki ja sakti hai ke subah Sadiq se paanch minute qabal khanay peenay se haath rokkk len aur kabhi subah Sadiq bhi hojaye to koi muzaiqa nahi. jahan tak iftar mein ujlat ka talluq hai is zimn mein Bukhari shareef mein hazrat Umar rz se rivayet hai ke Anhazrat salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya jab raat idher se ( purab se ) rukh kere aur din udhar se (picham se) peeth moray aur Sooraj doob jaye to roza ke iftar ka waqt aagaya. Sunan Abu-Dawood mein hazrat Abu Hurairah rz se rivayet hai ke Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam ne farmaya ke hamesha deen ghalib rahay ga jab tak log roza jaldi khola karen ge’ kyunkay yahood o nasari roza kholnay mein der karte hain. tirmizi shareef mein hazrat Suhail bin Saad marwi hain ke farmaya Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam hamesha log kher se rahen ge jab tak jald roza khola karen ge. Tirmizi shareef mein hazrat Abi Huraira se marwi hai ke farmaya Rasool Allah salle Allah aleh wasalam ne irshad farmaya Allah az o jal ne mere sab bundon mein pyara mera wohi bandah hai jo bohat jald roza kholta hai. hamein yeh baat bhi malhooz rakhna chahiye ke qamri mahino mein ghuroob aftaab se pichla din khatam hota hai. raat shuru hoti hai to yeh agli tareekh ki hoti hai. maghrib ki azaan aglay din ki pehli azaan hai aur maghrib ki namaz agli tareekh ki pehli namaz hai. roza ka hukum hai ke rozay ko raat tak poora karo’ raat mein daal nahi karna. iftar karne ke baad maghrib ki azaan ka waqt aatahe. jab Sooraj doob jata hai to roza iftar hojatahe. is ke darmain paanch saat minute ka waqfa hota hai phir maghrib ki azaan ka waqt hota hai. Maulana Mohammad Akram Awan ki akram ul tafaseer mein hai ke iftar mein bilkhushoos hamari kotahi hoti hai. rozay ko agar aap agli raat ke andar daakhil kar dein ge to woh makrooh hojaye ga balkay hukum hai raat tak rozay ko poora karo’ agli raat mein daakhil nahi karna. maghrib ki azaan aglay din ki pehli azaan hai. Islam mein din shaam se shuru hota hai aur phir shaam par khatam hota hai. mojooda nizaam al uqaat ke mutabiq iftar ka jo waqt muqarrar kya gaya hai is ke mutabiq goya hum dosray din mein daakhil hokar roza iftar kar rahay hain. yahan yeh wazeh karna zurori hai ke sirf Deccan mein hi is terhan ki ahthyat ki jati hai, malik ke deegar ilaqon mein waqt muqarara par hi sehar o iftar ka ihtimaam kya jata hai, aur waqt ka yeh taayun maslak ki asaas par nahi hai. mumkin hai nizaam al uqaat tayyar karne walon ke zehan mein yeh baat rahay ke ghrhyon mein kuch farq paaya jata hai is liye ahthyat zurori hai magar aaj to second ke bhi suween hissa tak ka hisaab rehta hai aur har aik ke paas ghariyaan hoti hain. Cell Phones waghera mein mojood ghadiyaan ilaqa ke etebaar se paye janey walay farq ko bhi malhooz rakhti hain, is liye yeh gumaan bhi nahi kiya ja sakta ke ab ghariyaan waqt ghalat batati hain. hamein mehez is liye is ghalat rivayet ko agay nahi barhana chahiye ke is nizaam al uqaat ki tauseeq hamaray ulmaye salaf ne ki thi is liye agar is nizaam al uqaat ko durust karne ki hum jurrat nahi kar saktay hain. is ko hum mslki khutoot par nahi daykhna chahiye aur nah hi usay anaa ka masla binana chahiye .
mazkoorah baala ahadees ki roshni mein Deccan ke ulmaye karaam ko chahiye ke woh is nizaam al uqaat par nazar sani karen aur kam az kam aindah Ramazan tak aisa nizam al uqaat tayyar kere ke Deccan ke musalman ahadees mubarikah ki roshni mein sahih auqaat mein sehar o iftar krpayin. mslki ikhtilafat ko bunyaad binakar ahthyat ke bahana ka sihar a letay hue purani rawish barqarar na rakhen. yaad rahay ke mazkoorah nizaam al uqaat usmaniya university ke aik professor ne tayyar kya tha lehaza un ke tayyar kardah is nizaam al uqaat ku ahadees e mubarikah par tarjeeh nahi di ja sakti
