Kafir saazi ki Quran-o-hadees mein momanat:

Yeh dekhna zaroori hai ke ulma hi ki sarparasti mein jo kuch huwa kiya woh Shariat ki roshni mein jaaiz tha? Kiya Quran-o-hadees mein hamein kisi ko kafir, bidatti, Mushriq, Munafiq, Fasik ya kuch aur kehnay ki ijazat hai? Herat ki baat yeh hai ke ek Auto wala bhi is baat se waaqif hai ke firqa bandi aur taqfer ki Islam mein ijazat nahi phir ulma kaisay un ehkamaat se ghaafil hue?

Allah ke Rasool ne farmaya ke mere ashaab mein se baara aisay ashaab hain jo is waqt tak jannat mein nahi ja sakain ge jab tak soi ke nakay se oont guzar nahi jaye ga. Lekin aap ne un ashaab ke naam kisi ko nahi betaye siwaye ek sahabi Huzifha bin Yaman ke. Aaj jitni jasaarat se hum log kisi par bhi munafiq ka Fatwa jari kardete hain, Hamein kiya yeh waqea yeh nahi sakata ke kisi ko munafiq kehnay ka haq jab khud sahaba ko nahi tha to hum kaisay yeh haq apne liye jaaiz kar saktay hain?

Surah Baqra mein kaha gaya ke ” ”ولکل وِجھۃ ھو مولّیھافاستبقواالخیرات، این ما تکونوا یاتی بکم اللہجمیعا“  har ek ke liye ek simt muqarrar hai jis taraf woh jhukta hai, Pas tum nakiyon mein muqaabla karo, Tum jahan bhi hogay tumhe Allah taala ek din jama kardey ga“, Aur haq na-haq ka faisla farmade ga. Yeh ahadees hamein sikhati hain ke yeh muqaabla kaisay ho ke farmaya Rasool Allah ne ke kisi aadmi ke imaan se nikal jane ke liye yahi kaafi hai ke woh kisi se sirf sun kar baghair tehqeeq kiye, Baat agay keh day. Ek hadees mein yeh bhi hai ke aadmi ke imaan se nikal jane ke liye yahi kaafi hai ke woh kisi musalman ki tazheek kere, Yani dosray maslakon ka mazaaq udaaye. Hum apne ustadon, Aqabreen ya murshiden ke kehnay par daray baghair ya tehqeeq kiye baghair kisi ko bhi kafir mushriq ya bidatti kehte rehtay hain, Hum ba khuda apni akhirat tabah kar rahay hain. Kisi ki taqfir ya tehqeer kardena apne ilm par ek taqbir ya goroor ki nishani ilm par ek taqqabur ya ghuroor ki nishani hai. Aur Takubbur, Allah ki chadar hai, Faisla karne wali wohi zaat baari taala hai. Kisi ko kafir ya mushriq ya munafiq keh dena Allah ke faislay ko apne haath mein lena hai.

Bukhari kitaab Adad, Hadees 6105 hai  ”و من رمی مومناً بکفر فھو کقتلہ“یعنی”  kisi ko kafir qarar day dena is ko qatal kardainay ke barabar hai“. Is hadees ki tashreeh mein yeh likha gaya hai ke Taqfir karne ka ikhtiyar sirf Rasikh Al-ilm Ulama hai, Aam musalman kisi ko bhi kafir kehnay ka ikhtiyar nahi rakhta. Jab ke Quran-o-hadees mein nah Rasikh Al-Ilm Ulama ko ijazat hai nah aam musalmanoon ko. Is ghalat tashreeh ki wajah se khud Rasikh Al-ilm ulma ka aitbaar khatam hogaya. Zahir hai jab ek Rasikh Al-Ilm Ulaam kisi dosray ko kafir kehnay ka ikhtiyar apne haath mein le sakta hai to dosray chup to nahi bathain ge, Woh bhi Rasikh Al-Ilm Ulama hon ge jo jawabi taqfer karen ge. Un dono ke maan-ne walay apne ulma ke hawalay se ek dosray ko kafir kafir ke fatve dainay lagen ge. Sawal yeh peda hota hai ke jab Allah taala khud keh raha hai ke har ikhtilaaf ka faisla woh khud qayamat ke roz kardey ga, To yeh ulma apne muamlay ko Allah aur akhirat par chodney ke bajaye, Ek dosray se raast kehnay ke bajaye, Dosray Ulama ko jama karkay mil baith kar koi rasta nikaalne ke bajaye, Jalsay karkay jaahil awam ko kyun judge banatay hain? Bukhari kitaab Al Adab hadees 6104 hai ke  ”ای مارجل قال لاخیہ یا کافر فقد باء بھا احدھما“ jo bhi shakhs apne bhai ko kafir kahe un dono mein se koi ek par yeh kalma lout gaya“. Is ki tashreeh mein imam Novvi ne bohat ahem baat kahi hai ke jab tak koi apni zabaan se Islam ko ya Islam ke kisi hukum ko baatil qarar nahi deta is ki taqfiir nahi ki ja sakti. Warna kehnay wala maqfor ko to koi nuqsaan nahi pouncha sakta Albata kufar ki masiat ka gunah is ke nama aamaal mein zaroor likha jaayegaa. Yahan haal yeh hai ke ek dosray ki kitabon se ya video se jumlay nikaal karaya ke dosray ko kafir qarar diya ja raha hai. Jab ke zahiri alfaaz se kehnay walay ke asal mansha ko akhaz nahi kiya ja sakta. Khud sahaba bhi zahiri alfaaz se ghalat fehmiyon ka shikaar hue. Ek sahabi ne jaakar logon se keh diya ke Allah ke Rasool ne pyaaz ko haraam qarar day diya, Ek Sahabi ne jaakar logon se keh diya ke Rasool Allah ne apni saari biwion ko Talaq day di. Ek hadees is poori behas ka khtama karne kaafi hai ke Rawah Muslim hadees 219, Farmaya Rasool Allah ne ke jis ne kisi ko kafir kaha ya Allah ka dushman kaha halaank woh aisa nahi tha to yeh kalma isi par lautay ga“. Kya un logon par Allah se dushmani ka shak kiya ja sakta hai jab ke un logon ne apni zindaganian Allah ke deen ki sarbulandy ke liye waqf kar den. Un ke ilawa Quran ki kayi ayatain jaisay ”لیس لک من الامر من شئی، او یتوب علیم او یعذبھم“ یا ”فانما علیک البلاغ“، یا ”لست علیھم بمصیطر“ waghera is baat ki nishadahi karti hain ke khud Anabia ko samjhane ke mission par bheja gaya, Kisi ko kafir, Mushriq, Ya munafiq kehnay ke liye nahi.

Ancha gumaan rakhiyae. Ek hadees mein hai ke imaan yeh hai ke doosron ke liye wohi pasand karo jo apne liye karte ho“. Agar aap se koi ghalti sarzad hojaye to aap doosron se kya chahain ge. Aap yahi chahain ge ke woh akailey mein aap ko tawajah delaina, Doosron ke samnay keh kar aap ki tazleel ya taqfeer nah karen, Social Media ya jaahil awam ke samnay jaakar nah kahin. Aap bhi yahi kijiyej ke agar kisi mein koi ghalti dekhen to un ko isi terhan tawajah delaina jis terhan aap apne liye chahtay hain. Agar woh nah manen to un ke liye dua karna yahi momin ki nishani hai.

Jo log aisay maslakon par chaltay hain jin ke paas kafir, Mushriq, Bidatti, Munafiq, Wahabi, Dargaah parast, khair moqlad, GUSTAAKH Rasool, GUSTAAKH Sahaba jaisay naamon ke register hain, Jo har waqt unhi mozuaat par guftagu karte hain, Jin ke dilon mein yahi zeher bhara huwa hai. Jin ki aam guftagu, Taqararin, Tahreerein, Jalsay, Juloos, Jamaten aur anjmanin sirf unhi mozuaat par ghhoomti hain, Un ko samjaye, Agar nah samjhain to un se doori ikhtiyar kijiyej. Nah un ki jamaat mein shareek huve. Aur nah un ko maali ya ikhlaqi madad dejeye. Apne asli dushman ko phejane. Aaj hamaray asli dushman woh fashist hain jo har qeemat Islam ko mitana chahtay hain. Hum un firqoun se baher nikal jayen. Jo log ab tak hum ko un firqoun mein banttay rahay hain un tamam ko shukriya aur khuda hafiz keh kar kisi aisi jamaat aur kisi aisay Ameer ke sath hojaien jo Quran ko lafz bah lafz samajte hain, Aur Allah ka deen nafiz karne ki koshish mein lagey hue hain.
