Hyderabad: Karrahe arz par insaan ke pehlay qadam rakhnay se le kar qayamat ke barpaa honay tak shar wo khair, haq aur baatil ki ladai jari rahay gi aur tareekh gawah hai ke har zamane mein aur har khittay mein aeye din aisay ashrar paeda hue hain jinhon ne islami talemaat aur Shariat mein mudakhalat karne aur ek naya tanaza khada karne mein apni saari tawa naiya jhonk di hain. yeh bhi roz roshan ki tarha ayaan hai ke ashrar mein jahan ghairoun ki badi tadaad moujood hoti hai to kuch aisay –apne bhi un mein shaamil rehtay hain jo kay naam ke musalman hotay hain lekin un ki munafqat ka andaza unki islam bezaar harkato aur Shariat se bughz se lagaya ja sakta hai. hamaray mulk Hindustan mein bhi haliya dinon mein 3 Talaq ke maslay par BJP aur muslim mukhalif jamaaton ne apni poori koshish kar rkhi hai aur ab is haftay supreme court mein ek muslim jodey ne khawateen ko masajid mein namaz ki ijazat dainay ka mutalba karte hue darkhwast daakhil ki hai jo ke darasal mandir mein khawateen ke dakhlay ke haliya masla ke baad uthaya janay wala ek naya shoshah hai .

Supreme court mein jis jodey ne darkhwast daakhil ki hai sab se pehlay to khabron mein kahin bhi is jodey ka naam zahir nahi kiya gaya hai aur agar naam zahir bhi kiya jata hai to kiya farq parta hai ke aaj duniya mein crore log aisay musalman mojood hain jo sirf naam ke musalman hain amli tor par islam aur Shariat se un ka door door tak talluq nahi hota. doosri baat jo unhon ne darkhwast daakhil ki hai ke khawateen ko masjid mein namaz ki ijazat di jaye to Hindustan mein kahin bhi aisa nahi hai ke khawateen ko masjid mein dakhlay ki ijazat nahi aur sakhti se pabandi aed hai. aksar masajid mein khawateen ke liye alahidah namaz ka intizam parday ke sath mojood hain aur ramadaan mein shehar hyderabad mein hi kayi aisi masajid moujood hain jahan khawateen ke liye taraveeh ka bazabta intizam bhi kiya jata hai. is jodey ne supreme court ko apni darkhwast ke zareya mutala kiya hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ke zamane mein khawateen ko masjid mein dakhlay ki ijazat thi jis ke baad is jodey ne yeh bhi daawa paish kiya hai ke quran mein kahin bhi khawateen par masajid mein dakhlay par pabandi aed hai. yeh sach hai ke Huzoor ﷺ ke zamane mein khawateen masajid mein namaz ada karne ke liye aati thee lekin is ki kuch sharait bhi thi jis mein parday ki pabandi aur khsubu ka istemaal na karna waghera shaamil thein lekin baad mein Hazrat Umar Farooq razi Allah taala anho ke zamane mein fitne ki wajah se khawateen par masjid mein namaz padhnay par pabandi aed ki gayi thi .
Aurtoun ke masajid mein namaz ada karne ke bar aks aisi ahadees bhi tawatar ke sath mojood hain jin se yeh zahir hota hai ke aurtoun ka apne ghar ke kisi koonay mein namaz padhna ziyada afzl hai agarchay baaz ahadees mein khawateen ko khaas mawaqay par namaz-e bajmaat mein shaamil honay ki ijazat di magar sath sath yeh bhi bata diya ke aurat ki behtareen namaz wohi hai jo masjid ki bajaye ghar mein ada ki jaye. is hawalay se hazrat Abudllah bin Umar Razi اﷲ anhuma se marwi hai ke Huzoor Nabi Akram ﷺ ne farmaya :
لَا تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَ کُمُ الْمَسَاجِدَ وَبُيُوتُهُنَّ خَيْرٌ لَهُنَّ.
ابو داؤد، السنن، کتاب الصلاة، باب ما جاء فی خروج النساء إلی المسجد، 1 : 224، رقم : 567
” apni aurtoun ko masjid mein aaney se mat roko lekin un ke ghar unke liye ziyada behtar hain.”
Supreme Court mein daakhil kardah darkhwast mein is jodey ne jo istadlaal paish kiya hai Huzoor ﷺ ke zamane mein khawateen ko masjid mein namaz ki ijazat di gayi thi lekin agar is jodey mein behtar ke intikhab ki qowat ho to inhen mandarja baala hadees hi kaafi hojaye gi, jis mein kaha gaya ke aurat ke liye is ke ghar mein namaz ada karna ziyada afazl hai aur jab namaz hi ada karna hai to afzal tareen jo tareeqa hai usay ikhtiyar karna aqalmandi ka taqaza hai kyunkay agar hamein koi bemari lahaq ho to jab Dr koi behtar dawa tajweez karta hai to hum pehlay behtar se behtareen ilaaj ko muntakhib karte hain naka jo dosray darjah ka ilaaj ho. isi tarha jab hamaray rab ne hamein behtar se behtareen tareeqa aur zindagi guzaarne ke usool batadiya hain to phir yeh aqal ka taqaza nahi ke Insaan behtar se behtareen ko chodh kar kam darjay ke usool wo zawabit ikhtiyar karte hue ghair zurori masail khada kere .
Is muamlay par shehar hyderabad ki ek samaji karkun Khalida Parveen ne bhi media numainday se izhaar-e- khayaal karte hue kaha ke yeh masla islam mein khawateen ke sath imtiazi sulook ka nahi balkay Hindustan mein musalmanoon ke khilaaf aaye din koi nah koi naya tanaza khada karne ke peechay kafir ma muslim dushman anasir ki sazishon ka ek hissa dikhayi deta hai. Khalida Parveen ne kaha ke ne yeh bhi kaha hai ke masajid mein aurtoun ko anay ki ijazat talabb karna is jodey ki kam Ilmi ka Mazhar hai kyunkay Hindustan ke har baday shehar Mumbai , Banglore, Dehli aur Hyderabad mein kayi aisi masajiden hai jin mein bazabta aisay programs munaqqid kiye jarahay hain jin ka unwan khud’ ‘ Visit My Mosque’ ‘ hai aur yeh programs masajid mein hi munaqidah ho rahay hain jin mein shirkat ki har ek ko mula lihaz mazhab woh millat ijazat hai .
Khalida Parveen ne kaha ke islam ne tamam masail ke hal Shariat mein faraham kar diye hain aur yeh masla is jodey ka masla nahi balkay Shariat mein mudakhlat ki ek aur napak koshish hai. is jodey ko supreme court se apni appeal wapas letay hue apne maslay ko Shariat ki roshni mein deen ke ulama se rujoo karna chahiye .
Supreme court mein khawateen ko masajid mein jaakar namaz ada karne ki ijazat ki darkhwast daakhil karne ke baad muslim muashray mein narazgi payi jati hai. apni narazgi zahir karte hue shehar hyderabad ki ek aur samaji karkun sheereen Sultana ne kaha ke islam mein mard ko chaar shadion ki bhi ijazat hai to kiya jis khatoon ne masjid mein jaakar namaz ada karne ki ijazat supreme court se mangi hai woh khushii Khushi apne shohar ki doosri shadi karwa sakti hai kyunkay jab islam ne to shohar ko doosri shadi se mana nahi kiya hai to phir hum biwiyan is hukum ko hokum-e-illahi mantay hue is par amal kyun nahi karti aur kyunkay supreme court mein yeh appeal daakhil nahi karti ke shohar ko doosri shadi ka paband bnayajaye taakay samaaj mein jo biwayin aur mutlakha khawateen hain aur umrein guzar jane ke bawajood jin ladkiyon ki shadi nahi horahee hain un ke sath bhi imtiazi sulook khatam ho aur inhen bhi ek Khushgawar zindagi ka mauqa miley. unhon ne mazeed kaha ke aisa lagta hai ke is jodey ne sasti shohrat haasil karne ke liye islam aur Shariat ka sahara letay hue ek tanaza khada kiya hai lehaza ummat-e-Musalmah ko is masla par sanjeedgi se aur tamam mudlal pehluo ko paish karte hue haikainat ko saabit karna hoga . –YTN STAFF
