Saudi mein bairooni afraad ka kaarobar karna ab mazeed mushkil

Riyadh: Saudi Arab mein Saudion ke naam se bairooni afraad ke kaarobar ki parda poshi ka naya qanoon jari kiya gaya hai. Naye qanoon ki defaa 10 mein wazahat ki ki gayi hai ke adalat se tijarti parda poshi ka hatmi faisla jari hojane par ghair qanooni tareeqay se haasil kardah doulat zabt karli jaye gi. Saudi khabar-rasan idaray SPA ke mutabiq ke agar koi Saudi shehri apne naam se kisi ghair mulki ko kaarobar karwa raha ho aur is karobarse Saudi Arab ya ghair mulki ko aamdani horahee ho. Agar ghar\ir qanoni tareeqay se kamaai gayi is doulat ku qanoni tareeqon se zabt karne ki koi sabeel nah ho to aisi soorat mein ye maamla adalat mein le jaya jaye ga. Adalat ki janib se tijarti parda poshi ka hatmi faisla hojane par ghair qanooni doulat zabt karli jaye gi.
